I didn't see MW take up any options as he said he would and advised SH's to do. From the 3B reports he transfered remainder shares from his Australian company to Singaporean company. Would appreciate what ASX, ASIC, ATO and other SH's view on this. My only hope in this last throw of the dice is they used the new money raised wisely and do what they said would do and come up with the goods.
