People here need to do some research before blindly flat footing through the threads making erroneous statements.

Here are a few differences between Finders and CYM

Finders had $106 million debt where as CYM has zero as the money raised went into the issued shares delivered to the sophs and insto’s. The CR issued 450 m shares and 110m convertible notes.

Figure 2 net debt Profile: CYM has zero debt from the outset so earnings come straight in off the bat. So that ramp up S curve is not in play here to the same extent with all that debt. The Heap leach took 5 years to become very economic where as CYM will be saving on OPEX by year 2-3. Once the heap leach is set up then the OPEX costs would drop dramatically similar their 2023 – 2027 projection. We need to remember the lag time from starting the HL to PLS timeframe.
What will probably effect the SP is the re-investment of capital to start the other mining operations at Maroochydore and the near surface Murchison copper deposit at Nanadie Well after starting with Nifty. These again will take capital injection from the company profits from Nifty.

From how I understand it is that Nifty may well commence the oxide operation to secure some cashflow while the HL lag time is in effect. I could be wrong though but the company is going to update this information shortly.

Copper demand is increasing YOY for the foreseeable future. I have posted about this previously. USA is currently building more infrastructure for wind turbines and the ever increasing uptake in EV’s. Don’t forget that California is the 5th largest economy in the world with GDP of US$2.9 trillion and >39 million inhabitants.

Add to that Tesla opening up operations in China and Germany Berlin. Plus what all the other car manufacturers like VW, Ford etc are planning. Copper demand will be far greater over the coming years so traditional forecasts of supply and demand no longer apply.

Here are some excerpts from company announcements.

A number of value accretive workstreams have been identified including the potential use of copper bearing solution, to be dewatered from the decommissioned underground operation, as a potential irrigation source for the Nifty heap leach.

The Cue Project was the first of the target projects acquired. This year, exploration and development activities have continued at the Cue Copper-Gold project, which included producing a JORC 2012 compliant Mineral Resource for the Hollandaire deposits, completion of metallurgical test-work which produced high quality copper metal plate, meeting the earn-in requirements and formation of an 80/20 joint venture with Musgrave Minerals Limited, commencement of a scoping study, and the granting of a mining licence which paves the way for project development.

The second target project, which was acquired during 2020, was the nearby highly prospective Nanadie Well Copper-Gold project which contains a significant JORC 2004 compliant mineral resource. The Nanadie Well Copper-Gold project complements the Cue Copper-Gold project perfectly. This project is being rapidly advanced, commencing with diamond and reverse circulation drilling programmes, for inclusion in the Murchison CopperGold scoping study.
