Good chance there will be (possibly preemptive) legal action against the receivers/managers.

In this case I'll ask for this information to be posted elsewhere too.

My reasoning is just in case they don't act in good faith if they were presented with a solution to their clients concerns.

To do otherwise would show alternative motives and/or profiteering in my opinion.

The possibility of the managers to not (also) act for the benefit of shareholders (not their brief) makes up a good percentage of the doubt I have that the problems will be sorted out quickly. (50/50).

Please try to stay focused on the solution there will be all the time in the world for a fact based analysis of how and why later.
