Nonsense. A decent N95 mask does not really interfere with breathing. Firefighters and many construction workers wear them for a 12 hour shift doing heavy labor. It also almost totally stops virii from getting through. Conveniently wipes out the common cold and flu too! Also keeps spores, pollen, smoke, and dust, out of the lungs. No health risk and many benefits.
