Surprised to see no thread for SP targets.
I think we will reach $16 per share if the price of gold in aud stays where it is now. This is based on the fact that over 6 months ago the SP was reached 14 and since then the price of gold has gone up. Ofcourse I am assuming the recent mine purchase had no net impact on eps. If NST management can improve the mines performance and get more out of it than the previous operator then the SP should be even higher. Golden case scenario assuming AUD staying at current levels and POG goes upwards of 1600 USD for the next 6 months I think the SP reaching 20 AUD is not out of the question. Based on past performance of the management I would say we can expect improvements at POGO. The main factor influencing the SP will be the POG in AUD.
in stark comparison to the above I note that according to Yahoo the average PT is around 8 dollars per share.
