Reuters take on the meeting is somewhat strange .....my take is the commissionaire have decided the mine is going to happen .....but whilst they still have time they are going to set in stone certain requirements and restrictions. This is natural for the community, a small delay in approvals yes but the mine will be a benifit to the community, state and country.
Hell I would have concerns if I was a local.....talk them through , get it done and in the end just about everyone will be happy.....
