    In addition to what Wombat777 has mentioned here is my 1c.

    It is not the MC size of the acquiring company that matters on who can buy us. Just like Square was not the biggest financial firm to be able to buy APT for $39Bn. It could be the strategic fit, ambitions, ability to fund the deal, and more than anything really BIG cojones to go head-to-head against other BPs in the ring!
