I think there will be a counter bid from another Coy, I noted in the paper that there is a German eHeath Coy - Compugroup Medical (listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange) who also might be interested and also private equity. I imagine that there will be a counterbid following shortly of around 19cents, and then counter counter from CSC, as I think CSC are in a strong position to strike and even with a counter counter bid, ISF will still be steal as far as they're concerned!! 22-23 cents end game. Not only that, CSC would have put their lowest offer on the table first, allowing for a bit of fat to move in the event of a counter. This takeover war is only at the begining, not at the end!
