And the rest of the language around this area is, when you do it, bread and the wine, no specific instructions to do it daily,....this is what should be in your mind, so to speak.

No, Jesus did not literally, physically come down from Heaven, BECAUSE that is NOT what the Bible is telling us.
God's plan, the Bread, is what came down, produced Jesus, etc etc.

Jesus was not God manifested, God came in Jesus as Spirit/Word/Light, which He is = the Fullness of the Godhead, the Almighty God and Father IN Jesus without measure to enable Jesus to bring and be the Bread.
John 14:10 - Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me,hedoeth the works.

The Almighty God and Father came in the Temple not built with hands, hence Immanuel, God with Jesus = God ALSO with us as promised, meaning of Immanuel as Jesus was NEVER called Immanuel.
