Interesting 2 months ahead to the AGM. I’m hoping for some positive news first of all. SPL has dug a hole for themselves. Enough said already about the last 6 months (albeit confirming some lingering doubts from some for years). I’m ok if they own it and put forward a clear and honest future with some solid revenue forecast. If not, the latest raise will be gone before we potentially see significant DEP revenue. It’s not unique to SPL, but seems we need a more focused CEO/MD and a Chairman with the ability to manage when things don’t go well. All good if thing are going well but clearly they’re not. So no changes then I would certainly look for a change of board and management structure from Dec. The DEP results look too good not to be interested, but if the company doesn’t have the ability it could all be lost. Of course a takeover is possible but for relative peanuts if you believe in the potential. Of course there is the option to sell but I’ll wait a bit longer. Can it get worse or are we getting too carried away with the OTC products that might not be as important anyway in the longer term??
