If there’s no DEP licence deal imminent, (and given the blackout period has ended there is no reason to believe a deal is imminent) I think you may have the opportunity to buy SPL around 10 cents after or during the upcoming tax-loss selling season. It promises to be a real doozy. Patience required rather than rushing in now at 13 cents methinks.
