No, you might have your wires crossed a little there, Sarge. I had a bid at 2c for a while, but last time I looked, you can't even put a bid in that low now.
I think it has to be an insto with the bid at 1c. The problem will be if they are motivated to suddenly push the price down to that level to buy a chunk, before the anyone else has time to respond. Although I presume that there would be other bots who would respond anyway.
