Honestly, I cannot see how this is good news for SPL. good news for the world, but not SPL. If remdesivir works it reduces the need for SPL7013. the potential application is also different, so a comparison is hard to make. It’s especially hard to claim / imply SPL7013 is a superior option...
We may get a bounce along with the market, but my view is that you buy SPL for their DEP Technology. Buying for potential COVID applications is pure speculation / gamble IMO.
