The SKN announcement stated McArthur Skin Care had $23 million in sales in 7 years. My maths is not great, isn’t that around $3.2m per year or $820,000 per quarter.

Owners of McArthur Skin Care were paid:
* $300,000 in cash.
* $600,000 payment by the issue of 3,000,000 Skin Elements ordinary fully paid shares at an issue priceof $0.20.
* $100,000 payment in cash, as a part payment for McArthur Skincare’s stock on hand, including pendingorders, at the time of the completion of the Agreement.

These sales were on top of the existing SKN sunscreen range... which is doing well if we believe SKN management.

SKN last quarterly report released to the ASX for quarter ending 31st March 2020 showed ‘receipts from customers” over the 3 months was $38,000, for 9 months, it was $288,000....... but buying Macarthur Skin Care was meant to give additional sales of $820,000 per quarter.....

Yup, this company knows what it is doing.
