I'd call, complain, and do a social media blitz on your result ...if you can be bothered. That should get paid out on the face of it - its a fair result for you... but yeah lots of t&c's can tie you up.

Threatening to go elsewhere, start complaining about sportsbet on FB etc... All in a measured way, should see it at least get considered. Up to you mate, there is discretion there for them.
