I agree with all that pretty much.
Although from memory I thought NCM gearing wasn't to bad at about 12%?
In any case management needs to be flayed and really should pay back all bonuses for the past 5 years to maintaning trust and respect with shareholders.
However if they can start hitting targets things could improve fast here.
