im very encouraged by the SPAC refusal
im just guessing but they would have done their DD and that would have taken some time
I suspect there are other interested parties also doing their DD now
none of this are likely to know who's talking to ARR but obviously ARR know all the players
hence their confidant rejection of $400 mill US without batting an eyelid
would be good to get drilling on the 75% asap
500 mill MC....easy
probably double that in the next 3 to 4 months
