The way these agreements usually work is the participants get cash called - if they cant make payments by a certain time they pay a penalty or get diluted down and the other partners cover the costs. FAR just needs to make sure it doesnt get played to a break. We are in with the big boys and girls - so we will have to keep up!
Clarity is needed. I suspect they cant give it yet which is why we have heard not much.
