SPP Ambiguity requires urgent clarification by FAR Management, page-29

The fuss is about my hard earned $$ being substantially diluted. The SPP provides an opportunity to reduce the dilution, but I am unwilling to take it up given the state and uncertainty of financing. This is a big deal to me.

Of course I want FAR to be successful - no long term holder in their right mind wouldn't. I am simply asking for a transparent dialogue from management with disclosure of implications to enable me to make an informed decision wrt the SPP.

I respectfully challenge this assertion. I am not aware of any change to the Placement conditions being communicated. Can you please elaborate?

The announcement on Dec 24, or since, did not confirm whether a term sheet had been or would be received by Dec 31, or the implication of the US$50M delta reduction on the placement. As a shareholder, I find this unacceptable under the circumstances of the SPP deadline.
