I consider charts/TA more like an odds calculator. The Bollinger bands suggest that the CBA share price is more likely to decrease the speed at which it has been going up in the near future and may even possibly regress a little.
The bands don't say when that will happen and by how much however the further the share goes above the bands the more likely it is to come back (based on the theory of BOllinger Bands)
