DYOR:
DYL is lagging as I think the DYLO holders are keeping the price down (below 78cps) so as to not trigger an early conversion.
My understanding is that DYLO were issued as an attachment to new shares during CR in 2017, so in effect free options.
These DYLO holders will then need to fork out 50cpo and it may then result in a larger holding of DYL for the holders.
Once the options convert, there may be up to about 50m additional shares looking for a new home.
