Honestly I am confused. I rang BMN last week and I was told it would definately be a share purchase plan to give all holders the opportunity to get cheaper shares.
I rang them yesterday, and they would not confirm the prior conversation. They said it would be either a share purchase plan or selling the shares to institutional investors.
