Well, you can speculate as much as you like on markets, this is the elephant in the room. Matters not what the market may or may not do on any given day, the SGR license is at real risk. Where is the Chairman and CEO. Of course, the holders have Bruce(s), and Millman on the register, so no concerns are there?
