Wrote to Senator Gormann this morning on this subject commenting that ASIC had its head in the sand and ASX didn't seem to think anything was wrong. My point was that it was impacting some of Australia's most innovative companies, mentioning ACL and SPL, and also bringing our capital markets into disrepute.
Unlikely that anything will eventuate, but sometimes "ministerials" can have a significant effect.
