I know I can’t prove anything but just to say MIN / CE wouldn’t do something because it’s illegal is meaningless After all the prisons are full of people who did illegal acts Further the disclosure rules are inadequate as they only relate to material facts only and too easy for big companies to say not material and not disclose Should be total 100 % transparency if you’ve got nothing to hide then disclose but hey I’m dreaming A level playing field that would be too unfair AIMHO & DYOR
