Yes the short term downtrend worries me a bit, however I think on balance the stock is still in an overall uptrend -of course if I knew for sure we would be a gazillionaires. I have set a tight stop loss but I think overall the trading opportunity is worth the risk. We don't have a price target but plan to sell when the stochastic crosses back.
I agree with you about also looking at the candle patterns - our most effective trading strategy has been to combine bullish candle patterns with stochastic buy signals.
