IMHO it is highly likely they will go for an appeal....Coz they got nothin better to do.....they need to deflect attention from their sinking ship till it is no longer.
Won't change the outcome for KDR and Li ownership, just a jilted bride on trail of self destruction go figure....all with their shareholders funds. All IMHO.
No impact on KDR, they will continue business as usual, judgement said all that needed to be said. GLTAH
