I am not sure what to make of this other than it must be positive.

The agenda also confirms the Chandada Portion Road Closure is substantially completed and a draft Road Maintenance Agreement is going to ADN for review.
There is no explanation about what is being "started" in October 2024 but given it is about the mine itself then presumably construction of the mine.
I am not sure what to make of this other than it must be...
