    CVI pre-open looks very stong with 11.2M to buy vs 9.6M to sell - not even a seller at the 15.5 level just now. CTVWF closed up a bit in the US over night on tiny volume, 11.1K (virtually nothing). CVI has a positive drive of its own and looks to want to ignore the American slump.
