The average Grades you refer to are as you say calculated by “Others”…They seem to be every bit as good as “MEI”. Time will tell.
Howeever, one thing will always stand out, “No Sovereign Risk”.As for your “Bar Chart Comparison” maybe do the same after it's “Jorced Up”.
