I see them in course of sales and also the open/ close raffles.
You can see them in the depth, mainly on mid to large cap stocks, one in particular was MGH, where bots( or algos) would put buys/ sells up in most of the rows. In this case though, I wonder if they are acting more as a market maker??
To see bots working as market maker, the best stocks to see it are the ETF's
And, back to the bots at end of day I usually use the brokerage free trades I get in order to snare the closing bargains knowing I won't get slugged 10 or 15 squid for the pleasure of getting caught for 1 share
