Any theories to why the price is so stuck at these levels ? I mean not going up..
I assume one of the problems is there is no large institutional player trying to get in ?

I know the management have not covered themselves in glory but it must be remembered how fickle the brokers are. On VPG and many others it was BUY, BUY at 10x this price.
Now these people are meant to be the pro's and have access to all the data to decode if boards are telling porkies.
How some brokers now have very -ve sentiments against VPG so this must factor in the price. So for us to get must of an uplift, unfortunately we need these brokers to swing back to at least being neutral.
