I'm satisfied with that response very level headed but he needs to understandthese massive swings in SP inst healthy for a businesses sustainability.
My grandad always told me when I was going into business "spread the load, nobody is good enough to master every skill, use men for the heavy lifting, use women for the detail/communication and share and discuss the decisions as a team its that simple". His correct and in my experience we as men work hard but genrally rush. Women communicate well and have a great eye for detail.
I'd love to see a powerful women next to those 2 in the future. Stu an ideas man/dreamer, David a deals man and team building, and a female for communication and PR and also to keep those 2 in check.
