I think .55 is spot on as the likely sweet spot and that's about 25c per share.

If Mongolia is on top of that I suspect it gets over the line strongly.

Justadabble, the takeover premium would apply to market price prior to takeover (which was 17/17.5 pre-speculation).

Suppressed or not, that's been the base for a long time and hard to argue for the Euroz valuation when a .55 plus spin out offer would be a healthy premium.

An offer of less than that may struggle with traction imo.
