The same games are being played as last time when it dipped from 34c to 29c. This is where the traders try to accumulate their shares
Just have a look at this beautiful chart, it has been following the same pattern all along, the dip is always small and tight range, before it bursts towards new highs
They dont have much time because the next announcement could come any day
