Just had a look at the CWP Summer update on the website and I like what I see.
I don't know too much about the WA or Q'land locations but if they are like the Vic & SA ones then I am really comfortable.
In Vic the St. Albans, Camberwell, Clayton and Williams Landing developments are all prime spots. In SA, Glenside
is also very well located and should create a lot of buyer interest.
I would like to buy more at the current share price but I will not go past my portfolio weighting for any stock.
Just my observation - do your own research.
