ASIC will come down as the cutback and wall remediation progresses, SAR do not have to stretch their team to manage the operation, and it places them in the spotlight as a significant producer. Also down the track they get first right of refusal to buy the other 50% off newmont.

Its a transformative transaction, however $700M is expensive I guess this is the peak - unless someone else makes a hostile bid for SAR.
