    even if gold falls to $1800 avg price over 3.5 I still think this is right move. Exploration potential is big and SAR has proven record now in this area. I will not be surprised if they go for 100% ownership.. shortly after this transaction.

    But no doubt SP will take a hit short term. I was lucky to sell 20k on Friday and reduce my stake by 2/3.
