Xstrata have been privy to all our information for some time. A juicy takeover offer of maybe 20c when the SP was 6/7 cents and funding much less certain may have gone close. Kalenn's 15% of naysayers (of which I'm one) may have been overwhelmed.
Waiting for funding to be approved with a clear plan to production and an SP more like 20c with a bright future might take 50c to persuade those same people.
Xstrata could provide its own funding and mine team. If we were really on their radar I think we'd be gone by now.
