In answer to your query - yes, we are expecting some formative news regarding the Company before year end. We were actually expecting some relevant newsflow somewhat earlier - but things have been held up a little more than expected due to the process of legal review, document preparation etc.

In a nutshell our comments made during the investor call earlier this year, and contained in the recent 4C, are to the best of our knowledge still valid.
