It will be a capital raising to overseas and maybe some local institutions. As long as it is at 55-60 cents and no lower that should be OK. Better not be a shafting of other shareholders to the benefit of Revelins and Frosts good mates at Merril Lynch in London though.
Having said that, if they have managed to raise $50m I will be very impressed.
