Note redrock are unerwriting the placement up to $1.1mil, im thinking why would they need to underwrite the placement if they where doing it say 1.5 or below, you would underwrite if you were doing it above current market prices to show your brokers you have sesrious interest in the story.
Anyhow we can only guess for now, ridiculous they were allowed to release this without giving the ratio.
