My opinion only....
I hope that it is this week, but realistically it most likely will not be. They said in a recent announcement that the DFS will be complete in late Q2 2018. So it could be released any time over the next 3 weeks after i's are dotted and t's are crossed.
I have seen this before, expect the worst and be pleasantly surprised if they deliver the best.
