I understand your negativity Fezza (and Rav), that is if your investment strategy is purely for near term returns.

I'm unsure what the rules for promoting stocks are in Australia but in the UK, all stock based promotions are legally obliged to include the caveat "the value you of your investment may go down as well as up" or words to that effect.

I think what that means is, "take responsibility for your own decisions and don't whine like a girl about the consequences should things not turn out like you want them to."

Broaden your outlook and have some patience. You'll be rewarded, of that I'm certain.
