The problem with using my own phone is that I can't claim a replacement if anything happens to the phone (especially when im working). With the phone provided by my employer, I am guaranteed a replacement.

Why pay more for something that is already provided to you? All I need is something to compliment what I've been given. Also, the bundles from Overpass are still way cheaper than all the plans you quoted.
