The idea that anyone could hold when this was at 80 in Feb, then sell when this is at 78.5 today (now that we are officially the FR supplier to the US military) seems a bit odd to me. I understand that if someone is in need of capital it's a different story.... But my opinion was that if they were an 'error prone' company that kept making mistakes there is no way in hell that the DoD would have signed them up....
