Unfortunately CUV have no urgency for any project or trial, management/directors are all well paid/incentives, "lets not take risk or increase stress levels".
In 3 years time, we will be having same discussions.
I just hope (as I have mentioned before) we are in a turn around point, lets see how Aug meeting goes.
I am a big supporter, but it just gets me sometimes, a little dissappointed with managements lay back approach, (it is not the public service you know!)
