Why do you think the company needs a restructure now when we have just had a company restructure and just after the code red? Don't you think that you are implying that the company doesn't know what they are doing even though they have laid out the plans till 20/20?
As for the immunotherapies, the SH's have been supporting this arm of the business for a very long time and now that the collaborations have begun and the IP is starting to emerge it would be the wrong time to split the immunotherapies on a monetary basis.
I have made the same mistake on the pumps in 2014 with Lee Rodne. I was over excited about the growth of ADAPT and said to Mr Rodne that if he thought of spinning off the pumps and investing the proceeds into ADAPT in pushing it forward to quicken its growth.
PS: This has taught me to look over the horizon.
Once again, just my thoughts, IMO.
