How do you provide an answer that could potentially stipulate that "we want to take control of your company"?
Chiller has clearly provided all the links to IK.
Not to mention that their main claim of missing out on the raising has since been refuted as most of the party DID take up stock in the placement.
Why aren't they complaining that they missed out on earlier raisings?
Where were they when we were forced to go to Bergen to raise funds? Why didn't they step up then.. because at that point in time they had no idea what Kogi had. Now they do and trying to gain control.
Lets not forget where our current board has got us.
Multiples of where we were a year ago..
We should ALL be very appreciative of that.
