Maybe we're not talking about the same thing. It is my understanding that a bidder's statement has to be produced within 28 days. Which is Wednesday. This is really just the beginning of it all. Hence my prediction that we see some action this week.

I have to admit, I can't find the 28 days reference right now other than in the EWC letter announcing the bid. It can take up to 2 months after that which is probably where the 90 days come from.

Not sure. But according to EWC, we should see the bidder's statement any day now.
